Brilliant Bohs Denied By Magical Drogheda Goalkeeper ('nt)

Another brilliant performance from champions-elect Bohemians saw chance after chance created. However a world class performance from Drogs' keeper Connor denied the Gypsies, who could easily have won by 8 or 9 goals. Farrelly's tactical nous again shone through as he completely outfoxed Doolin with his brilliant substitutions, changing game-play and flexible methodologies and tactics.

This season continues to produce the best football ever played by a Bohs team. Bohs fans are now calling for their favourite Farrelly, to be given a contract extension and more money to bolster the team, to ensure the League title, and we can't see any sane board members thinking any differently. The golden era continues!

Now the real report. Absolute tripe. Farrelly yet again proves the fans right in calling for his head. This was clueless nonsense. No tactics, no bottle, no skill, no commitment, no fucking clue. Bohs are now 13 points off the title, after just 12 games, and 9 points off what should be our bare minimum acceptable 4th spot. Farrelly has one of the largest budgets in Ireland, and should be challenging for the League title, yet has only won against minnows; wins that you or I could have achieved randomly. Bohs haven't won outside of Dublin in nearly a year (in fact losing every one), and have only had one win against a top-4 team in the last 14, or so, outings. How can anyone defend this atrocious record? How can the board continue to refuse to admit their mistake in hiring him; no eircom League experience, no managerial experience, no coaching experience, no coaching badges, no personality, no man-management skills. At this stage most Bohs fans would have Joe McGrath or Pete Mahon back.
